We have a superfast delivery timeline of 2-3 days PAN India delivery.

Order Confirmation & Delivery:

Is my order confirmed?

You will  an order confirmation message after you successfully place your order with us, the same will be shared via e mail and Whatsapp. In case you still have not received it you can reach out to our support team(info @ Geetanshhandcraft.com)

When will be the order be shipped:

All the orders get shipped within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my package?

We will be sharing the shipping confirmation along with the tracking link with you shortly after the package is despatched from our Warehouse ,to your registered email ID and whatsapp contact number.

Order Return and Cancellations:

Can I return my order?

We allow returns for domestic shipment, you can return orders within 48 hours from the delivery date. There is no additional charge for return.

My order was cash on delivery, how will I get my refund back?

COD Orders are eligible for below refund procedures:

1. Store credits- Gift card vouchers against return.

2. Other mode-payment link for account refund/UPI/(we will be sending out a payment link for the same, you can add   your details and avail the refund; same will be sent out after pick up.

Can I cancel my order?

you will be able to cancel your order anytime before the order is shipped from our warehouse through the order summary table after logging in to your account.

Gift Cards:

I have Geetanshhancraft gift card from my earlier purcase ,how can I use them?

We share the gift card details to your registered mail ID and text message, just scan the QR code to apply the same for your next purchase or simply copy/paste your card voucher code  on the gift card box(just below the discount tab) at the time of check out.

Off line store:

Do you have any offline store or showroom available where we can visit and see it off-line?

Sorry ,we dont have any offline store but residents of Prayagraj can contact us for physical verification of products.
